I agree that being an operating room nurse is a fulfilling career but it requires you to be responsible enough and must have adequate knowledge for any OR procedures.As an OR nurse you must coordinate with the other surgical members like the surgeon and anesthesiologist to have a successful outcomes of the operations.And an OR nurse especially the scrub nurse must perform sterile technique while in an operation to avoid the risk of infection.

Furthermore,an OR nurse has plenty of jobs to be done aside from assisting, documentation must be perform before and after the operation.Because of that,love what you do to achieve fulfillment in life.
